1.1 What are the shipping times?
Everything on Eredyshop is printed just for you, so a lot of thought goes into the way each item is made and shipped. We work with a global team of manufacturers and shipping services to get your order from the site to your door. To make it easy, we created this simple table for you to refer to:

Under unfavorable conditions such as the high peak of demand for logistics or holiday/festival/disaster/strike/demonstration, … the shipping process may take longer than usual. However, you have our assurance that we will make every effort to ship your items to you in the shortest time frame possible.
1.2 How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.
1.3 How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?
You can refer to the table above. All orders are printed on-demand, so we need time to print your order, after that the time for shipping will depend on the shipping carrier.
1.4 Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
1.5 Do you offer delivery to PO boxes or military APO/FPO Addresses?
Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
1.6 Will I be charged VAT Taxes?
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.
2. WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express, and more. But all these cards must be made through the PayPal payment method.
3. WHERE IS MY ORDERED PACKAGE?
Soon after your order is completed and shipped out, a confirmation email attached with a tracking number will be sent to you automatically. Please remember to check your tracking number regularly to avoid any problems arising during transit.
